📋 Description

• Deliver effective solutions that account for multiple product states, lifecycle stages, and personas • Use, understand, follow, and define interaction and architecture patterns in the Design System, ensuring consistency and quality • Influence the business vision of multiple products within the tribe • Lead the process of discovering customer journeys • Apply a variety of research techniques, interpret data, and translate solutions into hypothesis tests • Manage stakeholders, promoting alignment and process visibility • Influence decision-making • Define success metrics for products and initiatives • Independently establish initiatives that drive impact on outcome KPIs, based on the company’s objectives and strategy • Collaborate with the direct team and cross-functional teams • Contribute to technical decisions and the development of junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with contributions to multiple projects launched and monitored in at least one market • Comfortable working on problems with open-ended or loosely defined scopes • Work with the direct team and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration among everyone involved in the project • Have the autonomy to make solution-detail decisions independently • Contribute to the team’s technical decisions • Take part in the solution creation process • Contribute to the technical development of junior team members • Experience with or knowledge of Design Systems, interaction patterns, and architecture • Understanding of the principles behind building interfaces in code • Experience with customer journey discovery, various research techniques, data interpretation, and hypothesis testing • Stakeholder management, alignment, process visibility, and influence on decision-making • Use generative AI tools, particularly Claude and Gemini, for Content Chat / Conversational Design workflows and processes • Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts for conversational flows • Effective communication, active listening, and information synthesis • Ability to articulate and explain design decisions to leadership, peers, and stakeholders
