• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from initiation to completion • Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders, solve complex problems • Maintain excellent communication across English and Spanish-speaking teams • Lead the planning and budgeting efforts of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project • Work with the field team to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams • Monitor project budgets and identify/resolve potential cost overruns • Manage and coordinate subcontractor schedules and deliverables • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in both English and Spanish • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates • Coordinate with local authorities for permits and inspections
• Proven US construction experience (REQUIRED) • Fluent in Spanish (Mexico/LATAM dialect) and English (accent acceptable) • Proficient in Primavera (REQUIRED) and ProCore • Strong understanding of US building codes and construction standards • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field • PMP or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow belt) certification preferred • 5+ years of residential construction project management experience in the US • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects • Experience with both luxury and production home construction • Track record of completing projects on time and within budget • History of successful stakeholder management across diverse teams
