📋 Description

• Own a major sports client's product rollout and accompanying AI-enabled services • Configure client products and integrations, onboard users, test, roll out, and maintain them after launch • Build and run AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to accelerate delivery and improve client products • Monitor AI services in production, validate inputs and outputs, and identify issues before clients do • Investigate issues by checking configuration, data, and expected behavior • Provide Engineering with clear, actionable problem descriptions • Determine product-area fixes and collaborate directly with engineers to ship them • Communicate progress and constraints clearly and turn client learnings into Product and Engineering improvements • Direct one or two junior teammates • Create tools and automation that improve future delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Real-world experience building an AI automation, agentic pipeline step, or tool that people rely on; not merely chatbot use • Experience taking a client-facing product or integration from brief to live and operating it after launch • Technical background in support, integrations, QA, development, or similar • Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, configuration, and data without needing to be an engineer • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, fast-moving agency, or self-started environment where processes were not yet established • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and take initiative • Clear, direct communication with clients and technical teams • Nice to have: background in sport, media, live events, or ad-tech • Nice to have: experience with SaaS or developer-facing products, including SDKs, CMS, and analytics
