📋 Description

• Independently process Dutch payroll end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate tools and timelines • Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Review and validate data accuracy and completeness and initiate corrections • Answer Dutch payroll-related questions and requests • Provide knowledge transfers to peers • Support and manage system maintenance testing • Coordinate and resolve technical issues • Maintain current knowledge of legislation, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Very good English and Dutch skills (B2 minimum) • Strong knowledge of third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other key areas integrating with payroll • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Current and future work authorization in Poland without visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
