📋 Description

• Support Managers with clients, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time • Provide support and guidance for implementations and go-lives • Provide daily functional support to operational teams for successful payroll delivery • Maintain the Client Solution workbook • Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process documentation • Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing • Review Statements of Work before sharing with clients • Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from the team • Ensure system issues and defects are correctly reported and tickets include necessary details and evidence • Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products on automation, innovation, and continuous improvement • Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure teams are upskilled on upcoming changes • Support year-end activities • Identify upsell opportunities • Support management with client escalations, lessons learned, and team development • Monitor adherence to security, compliance, quality, SLA, and innovation standards • Reduce client escalations through knowledge transfer to clients and payroll teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Experience of French payroll processes, practices and associated legislation • Good level of French (min. B2) • Good level of English • Strong knowledge of third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Current and future work authorization in Spain without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks • HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft) preferred • Payroll certifications preferred
