📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements • Guide clients through workshops, configuration steps, and systems setup • Validate and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations in compliance with legal regulations • Support data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy checks • Manage system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and parallel runs • Address system configuration and integration issues with local and global teams • Oversee go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness • Track project progress and documentation • Collaborate with project managers and project teams to deliver milestones on time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of SAP HCM implementations (at least five implementations is preferred) • In-depth knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations • Strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations • Fluent in English and German • Excellent communication skills • Client-focused, collaborative mindset • Strong client focus • Accountability for results • Commitment to team and project success • Discretion in handling sensitive information • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying • Must not require visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
