📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps, and systems setup • Validate and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations in compliance with legal regulations • Support data mapping, migration, YTD preparation, and accuracy checks • Manage system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and parallel runs • Address system configuration and integration issues with local and global teams • Oversee go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness • Track project progress and documentation • Collaborate with project managers and project teams to ensure timely milestone delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience • Proven involvement in 5+ successful SAP HCM implementations • In-depth knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations • Strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations • Fluent in English and German • Excellent communication skills • Client-focused, collaborative mindset • Strong client focus and accountability for results • Commitment to team and project success • Discretion in handling sensitive information • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
