📋 Description

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including schemas, rules, and work schedules • Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning, and Interfaces with Payroll • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and convert business needs into functional specifications • Perform enhancements, testing (unit, regression, integration), and documentation according to Strada's delivery standards • Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll • Support AMS operations by handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements with SLA compliance • Train users and junior consultants; provide guidance on best practices and process improvements • Ensure alignment with Strada’s governance model, delivery framework, and quality methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Information Systems, or related field • Demonstrable experience in SAP Time Management consulting • Strong expertise in: Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs • Absence / Attendance configuration • Work schedules, public holidays, and time quotas • Integration with Payroll (SAP HCM or EC Payroll) • Experience working in international/multicultural delivery teams • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Fluent in English.
