âą Supporting German payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transaction âą Undertaking, supporting and managing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when an issue occurs resulting in a client escalation ensuring that mitigating actions are implemented âą Pro-actively identifying upsell opportunities and supporting the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually defined standard scope of service are identified âą Understanding standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service âą Maintaining current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map âą Answering payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activities âą Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information âą Ability to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clients âą Supporting and maintaining the client solution workbook and provision functional support as needed âą Supporting and guiding project implementations and go-lives âą Participating in projects and activities as needed and assigned
âą 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment âą Fluent English and German skills (B2 minimum) âą Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures âą Ability to identify and mitigate risks âą Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint âą Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment âą Attention to detail âą Excellent written and verbal skills âą Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
