📋 Description

• Independently process payroll end to end according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs • Perform Data Management or Customer Service activities according to agreed calendars and KPIs • Support statutory and year-end reporting • Advise on client payroll queries and issues using country-specific legislation expertise • Support and transfer knowledge to Apprentices and Associates • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales • Support system maintenance testing • Liaise and transact with third parties • Complete SOC controls on time with required evidence • Contribute to root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions • Maintain DWIs so processes remain current • Report system issues and defects with required details and evidence • Highlight service-scope deviations to the Service Manager • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Complete time recording accurately and on time • Adhere to Strada security standards • Contribute to team meetings and raise issues with the Service Manager • Build relationships across lines of business • Update internal stakeholders accurately and promptly • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment and independently while adhering to processes and procedures • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SSFF, Oracle • ERP knowledge: SAP preferred, or alternatively A3 or PeopleSoft knowledge • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada • Experience working with HR and payroll data is desirable
