📋 Description

• Lead one or multiple client implementations end to end • Facilitate design workshops to capture positive and negative time requirements • Analyse client processes and translate them into clear functional designs • Create functional documentation and workbooks that teams actually use • Configure and implement solutions in SAP HCM PT or SuccessFactors Time Tracking • Coordinate data migration activities • Lead testing cycles (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance Testing) • Proactively align with other workstreams (EC, Time Off, EC Payroll, hybrid projects) • Support Sales and Pre-Sales activities, including due diligence workshops

🎯 Requirements

• Strong senior-level expertise in SAP Time Management (positive & negative time) • Multiple end-to-end time project implementations, including clocking integrations • Deep understanding of German time management requirements • Experience working in international, virtual teams • Solid understanding of time processes and reporting tools • Familiarity with structured project environments and the software development lifecycle • German and English fluency (spoken and written)
