📋 Description

• Own growth strategy across self-serve, team, and enterprise audiences • Work with Product and Sales to improve the journey from first interaction to purchase • Define growth priorities across audiences, products, and channels • Grow qualified traffic and demand for Playbooks through campaigns, landing pages, HubSpot workflows, lifecycle programs, and growth experiments • Improve website and key customer journey conversion using evidence • Review content strategy, topics, and channels to identify performance opportunities • Work with thought leaders to drive traffic and conversions • Connect marketing activity to qualified demand, activation, conversion, pipeline, and revenue • Build practical AI and automation workflows and agents for marketing research, creation, analysis, experimentation, and execution • Report directly to Strategyzer’s CEO, Alex Osterwalder • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and subject-matter experts on growth priorities and delivery support • Establish a baseline of funnel performance and address measurement gaps during the first 90 days • Agree on growth priorities and a focused roadmap • Launch measurable experiments and use results to make decisions • Improve one or two priority acquisition or conversion journeys • Establish a practical reporting rhythm and recommend future capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of personally building and improving measurable growth systems • Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, digital products, or comparable growth environments • Experience across self-serve and sales-assisted growth is a strong advantage • Hands-on HubSpot experience • Strong skills in analytics, digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and website conversion • Evidence of AI and automation workflows built and their impact • Strong communication and editorial judgment • Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, useful content • Ability to think strategically and execute independently • Ability to prioritize rigorously, test hypotheses, and decide when to improve, scale, or stop • Cover letter and CV required • Maximum 3-minute Loom video explaining suitability for the position • URL to the Loom video included in the cover letter • Available start date or length of notice period
