📋 Description

• Be responsible for the overall quality of all aspects of the game • Play the game and be part of the community, incorporating player feedback into tasks • Create testing plans and checklists and discuss them with the team and responsible leads • Create reports and educate departments and colleagues about the game’s quality status • Maintain high internal QA standards • Work with multiple internal and external test teams • Seek opportunities to improve processes and working style • Create and execute training to increase product knowledge across employees • Evaluate, implement, and use bug-tracking tools to analyze game or feature metrics • Inform stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at all levels • Use data to develop risk assessment profiles and identify major risks in a fast-paced environment • Communicate with the community manager about player feedback • Communicate with the team about current game development status to manage and plan tasks and test cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus) • Passion and interest to play video games • Understanding how games work
