📋 Description

• Source suitable creators for projects • Coordinate arrangements with creators, including terms and conditions, contract negotiations, and questions relating to content production • Create conversion-optimized content briefs together with the Creative Strategy team • Research additional creators for the creator pool based on quality standards • Act as the communication interface between external content creators and the internal team

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • Independent and self-directed working style with a strong hands-on mentality • Excellent written and spoken German and English • A plus: Initial agency or campaign experience
