📋 Description

• Own delivery end to end, including scope, quality, timeline and budget for assigned engagements • Maintain the day-to-day client relationship as the primary client contact • Resolve escalations promptly and report progress regularly • Document and raise risks early and act as the first escalation point for delivery issues • Coordinate third-party implementation partners and suppliers, including Databricks • Track revenue, cost and margin against the approved project baseline • Report delivery progress, client health and commercial performance to the Portfolio Head • Review SOWs, support estimates and advise on team composition for new opportunities • Validate feasibility with the Engagement Lead • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and support account strategy and engagement reviews • Direct and support technical, project management and business analyst resources • Line-manage employees through 1:1s, development conversations, feedback, performance reviews, well-being check-ins and leave approval in BambooHR • Provide feedback on every project team member • Apply delivery processes consistently and feed lessons learned back into the business line

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record delivering complex software projects end to end • Ability to run several concurrent accounts without material delivery risk • Commercial acumen, including owning a project P&L, tracking margin against baseline, reviewing SOWs and building estimates • Ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Previous line-management experience • Ability to give direct, actionable feedback and support team growth and well-being • Understanding of clients’ industries, business objectives and StructureIt’s services • Technical background • Familiarity with software development methodologies, preferably agile methodologies • Approachable, calm under pressure and authentic • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC and ISO
