📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion across channel partner offices • Drive region-specific student conversion targets • Build and maintain long-term channel partner relationships • Negotiate commercial and operational terms • Onboard and train partner teams • Engage partners through communication, reviews, and field visits • Identify and onboard new channel partners • Ensure partner adherence to processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices • Resolve partner-level operational or quality issues • Guide agents to improve student application quality and volume • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to provide current country, university, and process knowledge • Collaborate with Head Office teams on regional challenges, operational support, academic support, and marketing support • Represent the region in Head Office discussions and planning • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives • Support events, seminars, fairs, and partner-led marketing activities • Customize marketing strategies for regional market dynamics and partner needs • Travel extensively across the assigned region to support business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred • 4–7 years of total experience • Minimum 2+ years in the International Education sector • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving ability in complex situations • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
