📋 Description

• Manage ongoing monthly bookkeeping, including document review and account coding • Prepare and send outgoing invoices • Manage accounts receivable and collections • Review incoming invoices and prepare payments • Process payments, post bank statements, and perform bank reconciliations • Review and record travel expenses and reimbursements via Spendesk • Reconcile revenue from the App Store, Google Play, and PayPal with bank receipts • Prepare monthly closings in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) • Coordinate with the external tax advisory firm • Prepare and review payroll, including sales bonuses • Process international payroll via Deel • Coordinate with Sales on deals and commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a startup or scale-up • Proficient use of DATEV • Experience with Spendesk, HubSpot, or Deel is a plus • Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and German tax law • Independent, structured working style—you should be able to get started without onboarding • Available immediately for 3–4 months, approximately 30–40 hours per week • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Please include your CV, availability, and hourly or daily rate in your application
