📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns for clients and agencies • Manage campaigns from the initial concept through to final implementation • Deliver campaigns on time using in-house tools and social media platforms • Manage reallocations and cancellations • Manage employer branding campaigns • Create and manage highly targeted job advertisements on the StudySmarter job board • Advise on visual design and audience targeting • Create mailings and build engaging client profiles • Collaborate with the Sales team and serve as a cross-functional point of contact for sales-related departments • Support marketing and sales initiatives • Analyze campaign performance and prepare meaningful reports • Present results to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, initial practical experience in online marketing, a (media) agency, HR marketing/employer branding, or a comparable environment • Motivated career changers are welcome • Business-fluent German and English skills • Absolutely fluent German and good communication skills in English • Enjoyment of direct, consultative client interaction • Excellent time management and a structured approach to work • Ability to set priorities during dynamic periods • A keen eye for good design and creativity • Understanding of the diverse needs of B2B clients • High level of self-motivation and a strong desire for personal development
