📋 Description

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta and Google performance campaigns with monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range • Analyze KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies for profitable scaling • Develop ad creatives, brief creators, and write scripts for video ads • Create automated email sequences and campaigns for lead activation and customer retention • Advise clients and develop growth strategies through to scaling • Monitor relevant KPIs, derive actionable recommendations, and drive sustainable growth

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing • Experience with Meta and/or Google campaigns and relevant budgets • Understanding and practical application of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate • Ability to make data-driven decisions • Understanding of the impact of creatives on performance • Ability to create briefs for UGC creators and designers • Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Independent, accountable, and solution-oriented working style • Clear, professional, and persuasive communication with team members and clients
