📋 Description

‱ Develop and execute a global Go-to-Market strategy of the solutions in scope. ‱ Lead the overall sales strategy across all major global markets. ‱ Support product adoption within key customer groups globally. ‱ Support high-value deals and negotiations as a Subject Matter Expert. ‱ Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring targets are met. ‱ Identify new market opportunities and develop regional expansion strategies. ‱ Conduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioning. ‱ Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 5+ years of sales experience, experience in selling KYB products is a must. ‱ Deep understanding of the KYB trends, industry and geographic specificities and competitive landscapes. ‱ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large enterprise deals. ‱ Proven track record of bringing new complex products to market. ‱ Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansion. ‱ Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating effectively with leadership and peers. ‱ Experience in running large-scale education programs for 100+ people. ‱ Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
