🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written). • Basic understanding of networking, web, API requests, and SQL. • Curiosity, calmness, and ability to satisfy customers. • Willingness to provide excellent support service. • Experience with debugging network requests is a plus. • Familiarity with Postman or API troubleshooting is a plus. • Hands-on experience in technical support for web or mobile applications is a plus.
