📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions • Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and requirements • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and workflows • Design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications • Ensure consistent design across platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems • Test designs for usability and gather feedback to improve the user experience • Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role • Proficiency in design tools like Figma & Canva • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and high-fidelity prototypes • Experience with user research techniques, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and task flows • Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with developers is not a must but a nice to have • Understanding of responsive and adaptive design • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices • Strong communication and presentation skills • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving user problems creatively.
