📋 Description

• Research, engineer, package, and deploy client applications across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, macOS, iOS, and Android • Integrate application packaging and delivery with the Microsoft Intune stack • Manage patching, OS builds and upgrades, release and change management, compliance, and system refreshes • Administer client computing systems with service vendors, including monitoring, troubleshooting, system tuning, and capacity management • Develop automation using PowerShell, VBScript, Python, JavaScript, and Azure AUM • Build automated endpoint health checks and remediation processes • Automate client and mobile application updates to reduce manual packaging • Execute automated tests across infrastructure, security, network, systems, applications, hardware, and software • Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, change control, and infrastructure change validation • Guide contractors and managed service providers handling monitoring, alerting, log analysis, changes, OS upgrades, vulnerability patching, and ticket resolution • Lead technical delivery for client and mobile application packaging across parallel projects and global IT initiatives • Review technical designs against global IT standards and research new client computing technologies • Participate in cloud and on-premises design sessions, prototypes, and process designs • Maintain architecture standards, SOPs, specifications, technical diagrams, and test scripts • Build relationships with users, global IT, application and security teams, vendors, and provide updates to IT management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience in large-scale global IT operations, including design, implementation, migrations, transformations, deployment rollouts, platform architecture, service management, and IT governance • 10+ years of progressive experience in at least 4 specified client computing, automation, end-user computing, modern client OS/platform, virtual desktop, endpoint management, or enterprise hardware areas • 5+ years with Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code for on-premises and Azure IaaS/PaaS • 5+ years with Agile and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Git, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible • 5+ years scripting and automating infrastructure and cloud platforms using Azure PowerShell, PowerShell, Azure ARM/AUM, Python, Bash, Ansible, and Broadcom (CA) Automic • 5+ years of advanced networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routers, load balancers, XML gateways, IPv4/IPv6, SFTP, SSH, PKI/SSL, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, URL filtering, and NAC • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred, or 10+ years of combined equivalent education and relevant experience • Certification in cloud computing platforms • Strong English communication and presentation skills • Ability to build positive relationships and use tact across groups with competing priorities • Initiative, prioritization, and ability to work with little direction • Analytical, results-focused approach and ability to perform under pressure • Innovative problem-solving ability • Comfortable joining an off-hours on-call rotation and working frequently with vendors and third-party providers
