📋 Description

• Edit a variety of content types: social-first videos, brand films, reels, ads, case studies, sizzles, and experimental content • Collaborate with creative teams to shape storytelling, tone, and pacing • Create versions for different platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YT, broadcast, etc.) • Source music, sound design, and visual elements to enhance emotion and energy • Handle basic motion graphics, titles, and transitions • Manage file organization and versioning with efficiency • Occasionally assist on shoots or content capture (bonus if you can operate a camera) • Stay ahead of trends, editing styles, and visual formats

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience editing short-form and branded content • Strong portfolio of work that shows range, rhythm, and cultural fluency • Proficiency in video editing software - APP, Davinci, etc. (After Effects is a big plus) • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality or storytelling • Great taste in music, pacing, and visual aesthetics • Organized, proactive, and flexible under pressure • Bonus: Experience with color grading, AI tools, or experimental formats
