📋 Description

• You are the point of contact for developers and guide them through the entire IAB process • You manage communication with the jury, publishers, delegations, and partners • You organize submissions, forms, and data in our custom backend • You monitor deadlines, deliverables, and open action items • You ensure clear information transfer and prevent information loss by creating briefings and informational emails • You analyze feedback after the show and implement it into our workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in project management, community management, communications, or related fields • A good understanding of the international indie developer community • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, or a strong digital affinity
