📋 Description

• Partner with customers on live work to scope, build, and ship custom automations and agents embedded in their team and tools or on Superside's platform • Customize central automations for each customer's brand, tools, and workflows • Turn repeating customer requests into systems that run • Own the automation roadmap for the studio and decide which repeating asks move from project work to automated work • Define quality standards for each automation, including the human quality check • Feed customer needs and reusable components back to Product and bring platform capabilities into customer work • Explain each system to customers and train their teams to run it • Document everything built and share it through show-and-tell so every studio can reuse it

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working in agencies or in-house creative teams, preferably with a background in design systems or creative technology • Strong creative judgment and ability to set the quality bar for an automation • Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work, including workflows, agents, prompts, and integrations, with evidence of shipped work • Generalist builder's range: ability to brief, make, build, and ship across formats or channels • Habit of documenting and sharing work • Self-driven approach; ability to move from idea to finished output without handoffs and work without a playbook • Collaborative mindset, working closely with Product and the studio team • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Bonus: experience working directly with customers, including scoping needs, explaining systems, and training customer teams
