📋 Description

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector • Develop and execute a robust, localized go-to-market strategy for the UAE • Spearhead coordination and collaboration with enterprise accounts and internal teams • Translate commercial negotiations and deal closure into actionable tasks • Gather and relay client needs and market intelligence for strategic decisions • Monitor and report on sales pipelines, account performance, and deal metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B Enterprise financial software/fintech sales (8+ years) • Strong network across banks, MFIs, payments companies, and fintechs • Strong understanding of the financial services industry • Experience with core banking systems or financial infrastructure • Deep knowledge of the UAE financial landscape • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
