📋 Description

• Support Global Study Managers in planning and operating active clinical trial studies • Serve as the main point of contact for patient communications • Manage patient travel and logistical details • Manage travel and transportation budgets for trial participants • Discuss trial participant requirements with vendors and internal team members • Support hospital or clinical staff with trial participant enrollments and visit schedules • Respond promptly to inquiries from trial participants and hospital or clinical staff • Manage projects to profitable levels through efficient work processes • Coordinate air, hotel, and ground accommodations • Maintain accurate data, including setting up databases and transferring data between internal operating systems • Produce reports as required • Work with the Global Study Manager to outline client and patient needs and requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Fluent Hungarian, fluent English and fluent French required • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently • Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-up • Excels in cross-departmental communication • Confidence and follow through in decision-making • Personal computer and telephone for home office work • Updated operating system, anti-virus software and password-protected devices; Chromebook is not supported
