Swansea District Aikido is one of the oldest martial arts clubs in Swansea, specializing in the traditional Japanese martial art of Aikido. The club welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners and provides opportunities for individuals to observe or participate in classes at their dojo. In addition to martial arts instruction, Swansea District Aikido emphasizes fitness, mindfulness, and community engagement through various courses and events.

📋 Description

• Work with engineers and CPO to define problem statements and develop solutions based on user insights • Take individual projects from ideation to execution, collaborating with stakeholders • Work within and evolve a design system • Conduct appropriate and continuous research to inform design decisions • Encourage questions and feedback throughout the design process

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing complex products end-to-end • Ability to communicate design process from concept to launch, using research and measuring impact • Structured thinker with strong communication skills • Experience designing products with large data sets or complex processes • Experience working with and contributing to design systems • Plus: experience in DevOps tools
