• Contribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrations • Act as a technical escalation point for team members • Coach and mentor engineers across technical and client-facing skills • Drive delivery quality and consistency • Conduct performance reviews and development planning • Partner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teams • Support customer escalations and key conversations
• 2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience or a combination of the three • 1+ years mentoring or leading engineers • Proven experience delivering complex customer solutions • Strong client-facing communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field. Year for year of relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree. • Demonstrated experience working in Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and Incident Response (IR) processes and procedures • A strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies and methodologies • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable verbally, in writing, and designing supporting network diagrams/illustrations as necessary
