• You are responsible for analyzing business requests and delivering projects across the Swiss Medical Network group while ensuring high standards of performance and quality. • You assess business processes, anticipate needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions in close collaboration with our internal clients. • You define objectives and produce functional and non-functional specifications. • You apply design thinking methodology and rapid software prototyping. • You lead ongoing business process reviews and develop optimization strategies. • You effectively communicate ideas and plans to cross-functional team members and management. • You stay up to date with the latest requirement engineering and requirements analysis practices, as well as advancements in system automation and modernization. • You ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements. • You carry out and/or support user acceptance testing.
• University degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification/background. • 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis. • Excellent ability to analyze and model user requirements. • Strong experience in designing application architectures in environments involving interoperable middleware components as well as commercial market solutions. • Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). • Dynamic, innovative and motivated team player with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge. • Able to work in a fast-paced technical environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including clear and precise oral and written communication. • Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps and Scrum/Agile is a plus. • Bilingual in German and French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
