📋 Description

• Design and build AI agents, workflows, and the underlying platform • Design APIs, schemas, and data pipelines supporting the agents • Build for the reliability and latency requirements of live agents • Extend the multi-deployment architecture so new clients can ship without forking the core • Identify bottlenecks and scale the system as call volume and data complexity grow • Drive technical decisions on infrastructure and engineering practices • Mentor other engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend engineering, building and running systems in production • Strong Python in production, building and maintaining high-performance APIs • Solid SQL, schema design and migrations • Experience with event-driven systems and message queues • Strong grasp of design patterns and clean architecture boundaries • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP • Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in Greek and English, at a proficient level • Demonstrate at least Level 1 AI proficiency (Explorer) • Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain (preferred) • Experience with voice or telephony systems (preferred) • Experience serving several clients from one codebase (preferred) • Experience with distributed systems and high-availability services (preferred) • Experience with CI/CD, containers and automated testing at scale (preferred)
