📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files and HR records • Assist with employee data entry, updates, and record maintenance within the HRIS • Support onboarding and offboarding administration and related documentation • Prepare and maintain HR forms, templates, policies, and procedures • Maintain organizational charts and HR tracking logs • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed • Assist with HRIS administration, including employee data maintenance and system updates • Prepare and maintain HR reports and spreadsheets • Partner with HR team members to improve data management and administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 4+ years of HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience • Experience working with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, or similar platforms • Strong employee records management and HR administration experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Experience supporting U.S./Canada-based HR operations (preferred) • Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) • Exposure to employee onboarding, HR compliance, and personnel records management (preferred)
