📋 Description

• Process weekly or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule • Review payroll data including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and deductions • Audit payroll records for accuracy and compliance • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding payroll changes and reporting • Manage payroll tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related reports • Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement benefit programs • Manage employee enrollments, life-event changes, and annual open enrollment • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries • Coordinate with benefit brokers and vendors to resolve employee issues • Maintain accurate benefits records and regulatory compliance • Manage employee leaves, including FMLA, STD, and LTD

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Accounting, or related field • 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience • Hands-on experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll • Experience supporting payroll in a manufacturing environment • Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, taxes, and benefits administration • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
