📋 Description

• Work with the Senior IBP Functional Consultant and Architect to develop a build and delivery plan • Leverage our LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings • Establish a strong working relationship with client business leaders • Help clients understand how to integrate plans across different horizons • Support blueprint sessions to identify requirements • Guide the design towards supply chain best practices • Lead Supply Chain and Decision Analysis to identify and size improvement opportunities • Consult client on their effective usage of ERP systems (particularly SAP) • Be prepared to potentially work across one or more projects • Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Performance Improvement methods, tools, and capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ Years of experience • USA Citizens and Green Card Holders • 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support • More than 3 years in SAP IBP • Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP • Roll out or Production support experience in S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning • Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 • Overall knowledge of IBP architecture • Ability to communicate analysis & solutions to the customer • Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation • Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP • Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces • Ability to comprehend complex business processes • Deliver high quality and efficient work within agreed SLAs and timelines • Working experience in SAP HCI setup • Assist in mapping requirements into SAP Processes • Customize and develop the SAP-system in a project team • Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system • Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills • Ability to work closely with client personnel • Project management skills will be a value add • SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable • Qualification – Bachelor/Masters
