📋 Description

• Support the analysis and resolution of technical issues in customer environments • Assist customers with questions about the software • Optimize support processes • Contribute to the administration, monitoring, and optimization of SaaS environments • Work closely with members of the customer organization • Collaborate with developers to analyze and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Informatics, or a comparable field • Interest in Kubernetes environments; experience is a plus • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Positive and empathetic approach to working with customers • Initial experience with Linux, networking, or REST APIs is an advantage • Fluent German • Very good command of English
