📋 Description

• Ensure incidents are resolved within the required timeframes and manage backlogs • Ensure compliance with the incident management process • Coordinate and lead the stakeholders involved in the incident resolution process • Take end-to-end ownership of IT incident management • Assess incidents and manage communications • Improve processes • Define monitoring metrics and produce management dashboards • Lead crisis meetings following major/P1 incidents • Document Incident Management processes and promote ITIL best practices • Conduct post-mortem analyses of major incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements • Contribute to Squad activities, including internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment initiatives, and the creation of expert articles

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT production and operations • Two-year degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field • ITIL certification • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset • Adaptability and flexibility • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Rigor and strong organizational skills
