• Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid, email, webinars) • Own lead generation and pipeline contribution • Create high-quality B2B SaaS content (landing pages, case studies, product pages) • Optimize website conversion and funnel performance • Manage and improve marketing automation (Zoho / CRM workflows) • Run and scale webinar programs (sales + customer success) • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion • Lead and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal team members
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Software Engineering • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (construction/trades experience is a plus) • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM, ZOHO Campaigns, Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce) • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS and analytics tools (Zoho Analytics or equivalent) • Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking • Proficiency in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC) • Strong grasp of funnels, CRO, and performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, ROI) • Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns • Data-driven decision making with strong attention to detail • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Experience running webinars, email campaigns
