📋 Description

• Install software applications on VR headsets and tablets used as part of a medical device • Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting • Communicate with nurses and medical staff to coordinate deployments around their schedules • Maintain accurate deployment records • Provide feedback for software and hardware improvements • Collaborate with the technical support and deployment team

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde, or Verpleegkunde with focus/interest in technology • Basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting • Effective communication with medical staff, particularly nurses • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and respectfully to non-technical users • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken • Comfortable travelling to hospital sites • Interest in solving technical problems for other people
