📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive Clinical Sub Team/study timelines from protocol concept through database lock and closeout, ensuring connectivity with the Asset Level Plan • Coordinate across stakeholders including the Clinical Project Manager and Asset Operations Lead/Asset Planner • Identify critical path activities and schedule dependencies • Build and maintain scenario-based plans • Forecast milestone delivery dates using data-driven assumptions • Assess impacts of changes and recommend mitigation strategies • Support IPSEN in building/refining templated Clinical Sub-Team Plans/Study Plans • Establish Clinical Sub Team planning governance and tracking mechanisms aligned with Asset Level Planning processes • Support the CPM in managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Monitor progress against baseline plans • Support resource and capacity planning activities • Work with the CPM to drive accountability for milestone achievement • Present schedules and forecasts in executive-friendly formats • Develop planning dashboards • Communicate risks and recovery plans effectively • Tailor messaging for operational and leadership audiences • Capture lessons learned • Standardize planning methodologies • Improve forecasting accuracy • Drive operational excellence initiatives • Champion best practices and innovation • Own study-plan quality and completeness, including quality reviews • Prepare and conduct training for CDO colleagues to support adoption of study-level OnePlan standards and tools • Act as CDO SME on planning templates and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in planning tools; OnePlan preferred, with Plannisware or similar acceptable • Good understanding of the clinical trial planning ecosystem, e.g. CTMS/OnePlan • Experience developing and maintaining clinical sub-team/study timelines from protocol concept through database lock and closeout • Experience coordinating with Clinical Project Managers and Asset Operations Leads/Planners • Ability to identify critical path activities and schedule dependencies • Ability to build and maintain scenario-based plans • Ability to forecast milestone delivery dates using data-driven assumptions • Ability to assess change impacts and recommend mitigation strategies • Ability to support resource and capacity planning • Ability to present schedules and forecasts in executive-friendly formats • Ability to develop planning dashboards • Ability to communicate risks and recovery plans effectively • Ability to tailor messaging for operational and leadership audiences • Ability to capture lessons learned and standardize planning methodologies • Ability to improve forecasting accuracy and drive operational excellence • Ability to own study-plan quality and completeness • Ability to prepare and conduct training for CDO colleagues • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
