📋 Description

• Own and manage the contracts process, coordinating and finalizing contractual instruments to align with defined scopes of work • Lead negotiation and preparation of financial and contractual terms within complex customer agreements • Identify financial risks, assess budget impacts, and validate contract changes against internal standards • Provide analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Project Leads • Communicate financial and contractual issues and escalate material deviations to leadership • Collaborate with Pricing and Proposals teams to finalize budgets and financial models • Present and negotiate financial terms with customers to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes • Drive quarterly contracting targets through workload management, prioritization, and delivery planning • Develop stakeholder relationships and work independently with Project Leads, Business Development, and customers • Attend meetings or calls with Project Leads and customers as needed • Update and maintain records in CRM and Contract Management systems according to CCM processes • Complete documents and related tasks within departmental metrics and timelines • Follow CCM review processes and evaluate contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines • Adjust priorities, identify issues early, and adapt to changes in a dynamic organization • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Legal field, with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience preferably in contract drafting and/or contracts management within a pharmaceutical research, go to market, and/or healthcare environment; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Customer-centric, self-motivated, and proactive • Flexibility in responding to job demands • Excellent problem-solving skills and above average attention to detail • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously and meet critical deadlines • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and maintain effective working relationships • Effective time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with management guidance and oversight • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Positive and flexible attitude toward new and/or unconventional work assignments • Ability to consistently deliver a high-quality work product • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities • Professional ability to interact with individuals at all levels and different personalities • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
