📋 Description

• Create and maintain reports for internal teams and executives on employee data • Collaborate with IT on systems integration to collect and analyze data • Visualize data using graphs, infographics, and other methods • Establish KPIs to measure business-decision effectiveness • Structure large data sets to identify usable information • Design and establish control procedures for HR data accuracy • Work with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings • Participate in forecasting and budgeting with headcount and compensation inputs • Design and maintain financial models for headcount and compensation scenarios • Prepare variable compensation computations, including sales commissions and bonuses

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, data science, data analytics, statistics, or similar • 5+ years of relevant experience • Background in reporting, trend analysis, and graphs • Understanding of basic accounting principles, especially payroll accounting • Understanding of HR data structure and relevant inputs • Proficient knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills • Thorough attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Solid business skills, problem-solving capabilities, and technical aptitude • High-energy, can-do attitude • Alignment with Syniti’s core values
