📋 Description

• Responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems/technical requirements • Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools • Identify ServiceNow platform solution options • Define ServiceNow solution requirements • Determine and define integration requirements • Develop overall architecture and implementation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Strong in ServiceNow experience with hands-on design & deployment experience • IT service management solution implementation experience • Knowledge of each client's situation • Expertise in developing and presenting business case material • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements • Proficient in front end and/or backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.) • Lead developer for a variety of clients across a wide range of applications • Client interaction to discuss outstanding items • Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items • Analyse and troubleshoot to demonstrate technical and professional skill sets • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
