📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze performance and friction points following deployments on the website and app • Create on-demand dashboards to track website and app data • Support the identification of friction points and bugs on the website and app • Support the validation of the website and app tag map • Generally monitor metrics and customer journeys across the website and app

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate SQL knowledge, enabling analysis of large volumes of data • Basic knowledge of the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) environment • Knowledge of key e-commerce and Web Analytics metrics • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Excel, etc.) • Strong communication skills, particularly with technology and business teams • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) • Analytical ability to transform large volumes of data into solutions • Experience with Agile methodologies (a plus) • Experience with e-commerce platforms (a plus)
