📋 Description

• Build and evolve Data Lake environments, ensuring scalability and data governance • Design and build modern, modular data warehouses designed for growth and high performance • Develop data schemas and resilient architectures, following data engineering best practices • Define and evolve data architecture, ensuring reliable, scalable, and well-structured environments • Conduct exploratory analyses and support the development of predictive models • Participate in building data-driven recommendation mechanisms and processes • Support business squads with structured, reliable data ready to generate value • Act as a technical reference, supporting and developing more junior professionals • Collaborate actively with the team to solve complex problems and turn data into decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing ETL architectures • Knowledge of architectures for improving data performance and operations • Practical knowledge of managing and operating relational databases • Previous experience with DataOps • Practical knowledge of programming languages and algorithms (Python, TensorFlow) • Knowledge and experience in data development, integrations, and Docker and/or Kubernetes operations • GCP certifications are a plus • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivery • Proactive and collaborative mindset • Ability to take on challenges and see them through to completion • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams • Curiosity and a desire to learn and continuously grow • Builder's mindset focused on continuous improvement
