📋 Description

• Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes. • Manage data quality, including monitoring, remediation, and prevention of inconsistencies. • Ensure compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations. • Work closely with business and IT teams to define data ownership, data stewardship, and related roles. • Participate in data integration and migration projects, ensuring adherence to governance practices. • Prepare data quality and governance reports and metrics for stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the organization. • Support Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Catalog initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data management. • Experience working in complex environments and digital transformation projects. • Experience with Data Lakes, Big Data, and Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). • Knowledge of governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK). • Knowledge of data modeling and metadata management. • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and regulatory compliance. • Certifications such as CDMP or DAMA are a plus. • Experience with data governance and data quality tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend, SAP MDG).
