Systemic Justice is a Netherlands-registered non-profit NGO that partners with community movements to radically shift what justice looks like and who shapes it. Describing itself as "the movements' law firm," it uses strategic, community-driven litigation alongside knowledge-building, tools and a community of practice to support campaigns for racial, social, economic and climate justice across Europe. Its work includes thematic focuses such as climate justice and social protection, producing resources (toolkits, reports, podcasts) and convening legal practitioners and litigating organisations to pursue systemic change via the courts. Systemic Justice is explicitly mission-driven, supporting grassroots organisations and movements rather than operating as a commercial legal practice.
