• Accurately enter patient information, clinical data, and other relevant details into the designated EHR system. • Perform in depth review and validation of data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, ensuring all information is entered correctly. • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all data is entered in a timely manner. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity. • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with all HIPAA regulations, adhering to best practices for handling sensitive health data. • Communicate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues to the appropriate team members for resolution, escalating concerns when necessary. • Perform reverse data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into EHR. • Also ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by cross referencing with EHR. • Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams to resolve any issues related to data entry and system integration. • Assist in the collection and management of clinical data from EHR system and coordinate with Prior Authorization team.
• High School diploma or GED • 1 year or more working in an office setting • Strong team work capabilities, self-motivation, and reliability • Basic computer literacy. • Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.
