📋 Description

• Own a meaningful product area end-to-end, including users, architecture, metrics, economics, failure modes and production behaviour • Turn incomplete product direction into production-ready products • Make product and technical decisions across integrations, edge cases, onboarding, permissions, analytics, rollout, observability, billing and supportability • Build across frontend, backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, native clients, AI systems and third-party platforms • Use AI agents for implementation, investigation and testing while retaining responsibility for judgement and results • Improve context, tooling, evals, observability and guardrails to increase safe autonomy • Measure production behaviour, investigate failures and iterate based on evidence • Reduce ambiguity, control scope and deliver useful results to users • Make the product area increasingly self-observing and reduce recurring manual operational work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong evidence of owning important user-facing products or product areas end-to-end • History of turning ambiguous or incomplete ideas into production systems • Strong product judgement and ability to make decisions without continuous specification or approval • Broad technical judgement across system boundaries, with ability to go deep where needed • Strong modern software engineering fundamentals and production debugging ability • Substantial hands-on use of AI coding agents as part of normal development • Familiarity with tool calling, MCP, agents, evals, context and permissions • Evidence of creating leverage through automation, tooling, observability or systems that eliminate recurring manual work • Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly • At least a half-day overlap with Sydney time • Full working rights in the United States, Australia, or New Zealand
