📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for White-collar roles. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on project requirements. • Coordinate interviews and selection processes. • Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets. • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. • Meet high-volume recruitment deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. • Strong experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring. • GCC recruitment experience is highly preferred (Saudi Arabia is a plus). • Ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools. • English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
